  2. Company evaluates and approves the request.

  3. Customer delivers the product safely to the central store.

  4. Product undergoes quality inspection.

  5. Refund is processed within 7 business days.

Example: If the wrong product is delivered, all return/exchange shipping costs are covered by the company. The correct item is shipped immediately upon receiving the return.

4. Non-returnable Items

  • Personal care, hygiene products, underwear, or opened/used products.

  • Discounted or promotional items may only be exchanged.

5. Cancellation Conditions

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping.
