3. Order Formation and Confirmation

• The agreement is effective once the seller confirms the order.

• Confirmation signifies acceptance and commencement of the delivery process.

4. Price and Payment

• Prices shown on the website include applicable taxes.

• Payments are processed through secure infrastructure; orders are not processed until payment is received.

5. Delivery and Delivery Time

• Delivery time begins from order confirmation.

• In case of delays due to force majeure or shipping issues, the buyer is informed.

• Buyer must inspect products upon delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
