1- Delivery & Return

Example: A handbag zipper breaks within 5 days due to a factory defect; the Company will replace it at no cost. 1.4 Shipping Damage Policy Damage during shipping must be reported with photos to info@swarnashop.com within 24 hours. Company coordinates with the shipping provider to ensure replacement or refund. Example: Shoes delivered with scuffs are replaced free of charge after confirming the damage.
