1- Delivery & Return

Returns due to Buyer preference may incur shipping charges. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection. 1.3 Exchange & Warranty Exchanges depend on stock availability. Warranty covers manufacturer defects but excludes misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. Example: A handbag zipper breaks within 5 days due to a factory defect; the Company will replace it at no cost. 1.4 Shipping Damage Policy Damage during shipping must be reported with photos to info@swarnashop.com within 24 hours. Company coordinates with the shipping provider to ensure replacement or refund. Example: Shoes delivered with scuffs are replaced free of charge after confirming the damage.
