1.1 Delivery Rules Delivery begins once the Company confirms the Order. Standard delivery times are communicated at purchase; delays due to logistics, weather, customs, or force majeure will be notified immediately. Signature may be required upon delivery; the Buyer should inspect the Product before signing. Buyers are responsible for documenting visible damage at the time of delivery. Example: If a dress is delivered with a torn sleeve, the Buyer must note the damage on the delivery receipt and notify info@swarnashop.com within 24 hours. 1.2 Return Rules Products can be returned within 2 days of delivery to the central store. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Returns due to Company error (wrong item, defective product) have shipping costs covered by the Company. Returns due to Buyer preference may incur shipping charges. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection. 1.3 Exchange & Warranty Exchanges depend on stock availability. Warranty covers manufacturer defects but excludes misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. Example: A handbag zipper breaks within 5 days due to a factory defect; the Company will replace it at no cost. 1.4 Shipping Damage Policy Damage during shipping must be reported with photos to info@swarnashop.com within 24 hours. Company coordinates with the shipping provider to ensure replacement or refund. Example: Shoes delivered with scuffs are replaced free of charge after confirming the damage.
